Your AI receptionist automatically creates a contact each time a new caller reaches out. Over time, your contact list builds itself. Your receptionist also remembers previous conversations with each contact, so returning callers don't have to repeat themselves. You can add names, notes, and other details to give your receptionist even more context about a caller.

Add a contact
Click on Contacts on the left, then click on Add Contact and add the contact's name, number, and any notes about them that you want the receptionist to be aware of when they call.

View a contact from your call log

Click on any call in your call log, then click the contact icon in the top right corner. This opens the contact's profile where you can see their information, memory from past calls, and any notes.

Add a name and notes to a contact

From the contact profile, assign a name and type into the 'Notes' field to give your receptionist additional context about the caller. The next time that person calls in, your receptionist will have access to their name, notes, and memory from previous conversations.

Filter calls by contact

Click the contact icon at the top right of a call, then click the filter button. This shows you all calls from that particular contact in one view.

Block a contact

From the contact profile, click the block icon to block a contact. That caller will no longer be connected to your receptionist.

Export your contacts

Click 'Contacts' on the left-hand sidebar, then click 'Export Excel CSV' to download all of your contacts. The ability to import contacts is coming soon.

Delete a contact

Click 'Contacts' on the left-hand sidebar and find the contact you want to remove. Click the trash icon to the right of the contact to delete it.

Clearing a contact's memory

If you need to reset what the receptionist remembers about a caller, open the contact profile and click the 'Clear' button beneath the memory section. This is useful when you're running test calls or if outdated information needs to be removed.
