You can keep your Calls view tidy by archiving calls, and you can request permanent deletion when needed.

Archiving calls

Archiving is a good option when you’ve already reviewed a call and don’t need it in your main view anymore.

What archiving does

  • Hides the call from your default Calls view

  • Keeps the call recording and transcript intact

  • Lets you unarchive the call at any time

How to archive a call

  1. Go to Calls in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the call you want to archive.

  3. Click the Archive icon next to the call.

Once archived, the call will no longer appear in your main list of calls.

How to view archived calls

  1. Go to Calls in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the filter dropdown at the top of the Calls page.

  3. Select Archived.

You’ll see all calls you’ve archived.

How to unarchive a call

  1. Go to Calls → filter to Archived.

  2. Find the call you want to restore.

  3. Click the Unarchive icon.

The call will move back into your main Calls view.

Deleting calls

Archiving does not delete calls. It only hides them from your main view. If you need a call permanently removed (including its recording and transcript), our team can handle that for you.

How to request permanent deletion

  1. Include a link to the call you want deleted.

Once deleted, the call and its data can’t be recovered.
