You can download your entire call history as a spreadsheet file. This makes it easy to review calls in bulk, run your own analysis, or share data with your team.
The downloaded file includes:
Call start time and end time
Call duration
Caller's phone number
Call summary
Transcript
Automatic tags applied to the call
Whether the call was marked as a hang up or spam
Any data collected from callers (like name, email, or other info)
How to download your call history
1. Go to Calls
From the left-hand menu, click Calls to open your call log.
2. Click Download XLSX
At the top right of the call log, click Download XLSX. Your file will begin downloading immediately.

The file downloads in XLSX format, which works with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet apps
The download includes your full call history
