We make it really easy to download call recordings for your records. We do not delete call recordings.
Go to Calls in the left sidebar.
Click the call you want to download.
In the top-right corner of the call detail view, click the three-dot menu, then click Download call audio.
This will download an MP3 file of the call recording to your device.
