Test calls are always free.
You can set one phone number as your test number so we know it’s you calling. Go to Settings → Test calls and enter the number you want to use.
Any calls you make to your agent from that number will be recognized as test calls, and you won’t be billed for them. You can update this number anytime if someone else on your team needs to run tests.
We also don’t bill for hang-ups or spam.
Hang-ups are calls under 15 seconds or calls where the caller never says anything.
Spam can be filtered automatically under Settings → Call filtering. We analyze the call transcript with AI to identify likely spam and prevent those calls from counting against your plan.
We clearly label calls as Spam, Hang-Up, or Test in your call history.
