Your call forwarding settings are fully controlled by your phone carrier (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, RingCentral, etc.). Upfirst doesn’t have access to or control over these settings.
If you haven’t set up call forwarding but still received a call, it was most likely an accidental dial — just like any other phone number, your Upfirst number can be dialed by mistake.
Don’t worry — we never bill for calls under 15 seconds, so you won’t be charged for accidental calls or hang-ups.
