How to connect Upfirst to Make

Set up the Upfirst and Make integration to automatically send call data to your CRM and other apps after every call.

Written by Alfredo Salkeld

Make is an automation platform that connects Upfirst to thousands of other apps. Once connected, you can build scenarios that automatically send caller details, call summaries, and transcripts to your CRM, spreadsheet, or any other tool after every call.

What you'll need

  • A Make account (free or paid)

How to install the Upfirst app

1. Open the invitation link

Click this link to open the Upfirst app page in Make: Install Upfirst on Make

If prompted, log in to your Make account. If you don't have one, create a free account first.

2. Install the app

Review the app permissions and click Install or Accept to add Upfirst to your organization.

3. Create a new scenario

In Make, go to Scenarios and click Create a new scenario.

4. Add the Upfirst module

Search for Upfirst in the modules list and add it to your scenario.

5. Connect your Upfirst account

When prompted, follow the authentication prompts to connect your Upfirst credentials.

Things to know

  • The Upfirst app is shared via a private invitation link. It won't appear in Make's public directory until you install it using the link above.

  • Once installed, the app stays in your Make account. You do not need to reinstall it for each scenario.

  • If you prefer Zapier, Upfirst also integrates with Zapier. See our help center for the Zapier setup guide.
