Yes, you can control the speed that your AI speaks with your callers. Here's how to do it:

  • Go to Agent > Agent Settings on the lefthand side.

  • Underneath where you select your AI's voice, you'll see the option to adjust speed.

  • You can choose between four different speed settings. Pick the one that you prefer.

Then, just make sure to click "Save settings" at the bottom of the page, and your AI will start answering your callers at the speed that you prefer.
