Yes, you can control the speed that your AI speaks with your callers. Here's how to do it:
Go to Agents on the left-hand side. Select your agent, then open General.
Underneath where you select your AI's voice, you'll see Talking speed.
You can choose between four different speed settings. Pick the one that you prefer.
Then, just make sure to click "Save settings" at the bottom of the page, and your AI will start answering your callers at the speed that you prefer.
Running more than one agent? This setting belongs to the agent you selected. Repeat it for each agent you want it on.
