Get instant call summaries delivered straight to your inbox after each conversation

Your Upfirst virtual receptionist creates detailed summaries of every call, capturing all the important information from your conversations. While you can always access transcripts and call recordings in your dashboard, you can also have summaries sent directly to your inbox. Here's how:

  1. On the left side panel, click Agent

  2. Click Actions

  3. Toggle on the "Send email Summary" switch

  4. Add your email address

  5. Click Save settings
