How do I cancel my plan?

We don't auto-bill after your trial. And if you're a paying customers, we make it easy to cancel if you're not happy with the service.

If you’re a paid customer

You can cancel your plan at any time.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription

  2. Click Cancel subscription

That’s it. Your plan will end at the end of your current billing period.

After you cancel, someone from our team may reach out to ask for feedback. Hearing from customers who leave helps us improve the product, and if you’re open to a quick conversation, we’ll offer a partial refund on your last payment as a thank-you.

If you’re on a trial

There’s nothing you need to cancel. We don’t collect credit card information during the trial, so your account will automatically expire when your trial ends.

The only thing to double-check is call forwarding. Make sure you stop forwarding calls to your Upfirst number so we no longer receive your calls. Call forwarding must be turned off on your phone or within your VOIP software. Upfirst does not have the ability to control your call forwarding.

If you continue to get call summary emails or texts, it usually means either:

  • calls are still being forwarded to us, or

  • a few accidental dials came through (it happens)

You can turn off call notifications by going to Agent → Notifications and switching off the email and SMS toggles. You can also uncheck the boxes for spam, blocked calls, and hang-ups if you prefer not to receive those alerts.
